Race course
Lantau: a Loop in South Lantau that starts and ends at Tung Chung, then cross harbour to Lai King. 
NT: Lai King – Yau Tong, then cross harbour to Quarry Bay. 

HK: Quarry Bay – Kennedy Town.

大嶼賽區:  

由大嶼山東涌出發, 一圈大嶼山後, 回到東涌過海往荔景, 轉往新界賽區.
新界賽區:  
由荔景往油塘, 轉乘港鐵, 過海往鰂魚涌, 轉往香港賽區.
香港賽區:  
由鰂魚涌往堅尼地城結束.

Please practice Social Distancing, avoid crowding up in public, put a mask on after your exercise, and adhere to 599G Prohibition on Group gathering ordinance and other pandemic control regulations. 

Out of Hong Kong Runner Rules - (results unranked and no ITRA points)

1) Email rd@victoria162.hk the screenshots of activity showing time, distance and elevation data.  Can be done in up to 10 segments. No need for Strava Track;

2) Deemed finisher (unranked and without ITRA points) if km + effort meets the requirement of this race 251. For example: 175km + 7600m D+ = 175 + 76 = 251 would fit the requirement.  

1) 無需上載Strava連結,轉為電郵 rd@victoria162.hk 可見經過時間,距離及爬升的活動紀錄照片,最多10個分段. 2) 以 km+ effort 達到 251  (例: 175公里  + 7600米 D+ = 175 + 76 = 251),將被視為完賽,不計排名或ITRA積分。

Time Limit: Harbour crossing time is counted towards the 50h limit. 

Race time: Harbour crossing does not count towards the ITRA results.

計算限時 vs 比賽成績: 

計算限時: 所有跑手於過海期間, 不論實際車程需時, 將統一包在計算比賽起點至終點的需時之內. 

比賽成績: 過海期間需時不計在比賽總成績內,成績只計算總賽區移動時間.
